New today: August 14 , 2008 - Call for Volunteers - Gillard Pass Fisheries Salmon enhancement Society is looking for any interested divers to help our brood stock collection in the beautiful Phillips River watershed. People needed to tend the net during our beach seine in the river to collect data on fish stocks and collect fish to stock our hatcheries. 1-2 hours diving, BBQ lunch and a chance to view the grizzlies in their natural habitat. Starts at the end of August - weekly on Saturdays. Transportation from Campbell River available.
